Please be aware that providers who provide OB care are occasionally called out to deliver a baby and this will affect your scheduled appointment time. We do our best to accommodate rescheduling for you.
Emergency Care
Emergency and night call responsibility is shared by the physicians, making a provider
available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
If you need urgent or emergency care, call our office first at 503-233-6940.
After hours, your call will automatically be forwarded to our answering service.

All of our health care providers care for adults and children. Some of our physicians also provide pregnancy care and make every effort
to provide continuity of care throughout the pregnancy, birth and newborn family transition.
Our providers perform routine and comprehensive physical exams, minor day surgeries; implement basic treatment plans for common illnesses; and perform patient education and counseling. Should you need care for a more complex medical problem, your primary care provider may refer you to a specialist and follow your progress.
